Core Capacity Fund
Sustains the people and coordination needed to keep the Network running and turn opportunities into action.
The laws exist. Yet animals are still suffering. Across Europe, failures to enforce animal protection laws allow harmful practices to continue. The Animal Litigation Network helps organisations challenge these failures and pursue strategic litigation that can prevent suffering far beyond a single case. Your support can make that legal action possible. Our most immediate need is flexible core funding. This type of support will help us bring partners together, assess promising cases and build the capacity to hold authorities and businesses accountable.
Sustains the people and coordination needed to keep the Network running and turn opportunities into action.
Expands the Animal Law Database and secure platforms so legal knowledge can be found, shared and used.
Equips organisations with the training and tools to identify violations and press for action.
Backs carefully selected cases that can challenge persistent harm and strengthen legal protection beyond one case.
Brings practitioners together to develop strategies and collaborations across borders.
There are different ways to help make animal law work. You can support one of our five funds, help build the Animal Litigation Network as a whole or contribute specialist expertise. We will work with you to shape a partnership that matches your interests and makes practical action possible.
The Animal Litigation Network retains independent control over its legal and strategic decisions, including the selection and conduct of cases. We agree with partners in advance how their support will be used and how we will share progress.
