Animal protection organisations see where the law fails in practice. But pursuing a case, challenging an authority or sharing a successful approach across borders takes resources many do not have. The Animal Litigation Network connects organisations with legal expertise and helps them act together.

Choose where your support can make a difference:

• Strategic Litigation Fund – backs carefully selected cases that can challenge persistent harm and strengthen legal protection beyond one case.
• Enforcement Fund – equips organisations with the training and tools to identify violations and press for action.
• Innovation Fund – expands the Animal Law Database and secure platforms so legal knowledge can be found, shared and used.
• Core Capacity Fund – sustains the people and coordination needed to keep the Network running and turn opportunities into action.
• Animal Law Enforcement & Litigation Conference Fund – brings practitioners together to develop strategies and collaborations across borders.

We develop proposals and budgets around your interests. You can support part of an initiative or help fund it in full. As plans for the conference take shape, specific opportunities may include train travel, participation by smaller organisations and facilitated working sessions.

The Animal Litigation Network is a Dutch non-profit with ANBI (Public Benefit Organisation) status. We welcome individuals, foundations and companies from any country and are happy to explore a suitable way to give with you and your advisers. Any tax benefits depend on your circumstances and the rules that apply where you live.
